The Tyram Lakes Hotel, Spa & Resort will be the first of its type in the UK. Offering accommodation in 200 luxurious, avant-garde wooden eco Lodges set on approximately 65 acres of lakes, adjacent to a further 100 acres of natural woodlands, the resort will provide a unique and tranquil escape in a beautiful natural habitat. A boutique hotel with spa facilities will be at the heart of the resort offering a range of first class experiences and services. The site enjoys breathtaking natural scenery including unspoilt woodlands and landscapes, providing the ideal location for the eco resort.
There will be 4 phases of development for the Tyram Eco-Hotel, Spa & Resort facility:
Phase 1 – 50 Eco Lodges;
Phase 2 – 104-Bedroom Hotel, Spa and Leisure Centre;
Phase 3 – 75 additional Eco Lodges alongside the surrounding lakes;
Phase 4 – 75 Woodland Retreat Lodges located in natural woodlands.
Through the development of each phase, Project Management teams will be well-equipped to analyse and assess the progress stage-by-stage to ensure that the entirety of the project remains fully aligned and in-keeping with the target vision whilst maintaining harmony with the natural surroundings.
